Items are charged to you when they ship. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email and again notify you when it ships. Your credit card will be authorized, but not charged
until the shipment is sent.

Yes! All necklaces are available in either 16 or 18 inch length, but if you need a different length please email us with your request.
